All product and service purchases are final; This term is a condition upon purchase.
As each print collection is limited and original artworks are unique, we accept returns only under dire circumstances of unopened items, returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns are subject to availability. No returns accepted unless agreed to by Elle Campbell Art. Cost of item only (not shipping) will be refunded if terms are agreed to. Return shipping cost and taxes to be paid by customer.
Sale of discounted sale items are final. There are no returns on discounted sale items.
We reserve the right to reject any request for returns that do not comply with the conditions above. If your return is approved but after review your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your cost and a refund will not be granted.

Ready to ship stock (non-discounted items) will be dispatched with estimated delivery, within 7-21 days depending on where in the world you are and if any major public holidays affect our couriers.
During new collection releases and personal artist holidays there may be slight delays.
If your purchase is a sale item or purchased during exhibit dates please anticipate a longer period due to busier times. This could be anywhere from 14-28 days.
If you choose “Free Shipping” (for www.ellecampbellart.com Prints only) delivery can be between 7-21 days.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes, other fees or brown paper bags, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

Prints are sold and shipped unmounted and unframed. 5x7 prints are shipped flat. A3-A0 prints are rolled and shipped carefully in an art tube.
Paintings are sent framed in a custom box for secure shipping.

All artworks and frames are hand made. Naturally, there's going to be variation with hand painted artworks but we think that's half the charm. We strive for high-standard and quality so we're pretty sure damages or faulty product won't appear. However, if you do have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods at email@example.com so we can review the matter.
C O L O U R V A R I A T I O N ?
Our silks and linens are all hand painted so there will be variations in colour pallets from one artwork to another and from one artwork to its digital reference photo. Also, the computer screen or mobile phone that you look at our products on may not truly represent the actual colours that they are in real life. Even though we try to photograph them to capture the closest possible match, sometimes there may be a slight variation which adds to the uniqueness of each piece.
